⚽ Did you know that DAC 1904 is one of Slovakia’s most historic football clubs, renowned for nurturing young talents and fostering a strong sense of community? The DAC team has a long-standing tradition and is famous for its multicultural fanbase, uniting Slovak and Hungarian communities in a unique football experience. Our METRANS team had the honour of competing in the Skybox Cup football tournament at the DAC Academy’s training stadium, where the club's players prepare for their biggest matches. Railcolor Design has captured the essence of our unique container design created for TATRAVAGONKA a.s.'s 4th Generation "Light Eighty XLs" rail cars showcased at InnoTrans 2024. These high-speed, 160 km/h wagons have revolutionized intermodal transport in Europe. 🚆 It's amazing to see how our vision and partnership have led to thousands of these "light eighty" rail cars operating daily across the continent. Meet Zoltán 👋🏻 Zoltán works as a repairman at our rail subsidiary METRANS Group. Since mid-2014 he is employed at the wagon repair shop at our railway terminal in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia. So he will soon be celebrating his tenth anniversary with us. Zoltán chose to work with us because METRANS has a strong position on the market and offers reliable working conditions. His main job is to inspect and repair railway wagons, which includes remeasuring and lubricating the wagons, completing measurement reports, replacing damaged components, and diagnosing the wagons' air brakes. To secure the safety of rail transport, his work requires precision and responsibility. Zoltán enjoys working in a small team. Even though he has been working in this position for almost 10 years, he always experiences something new, whether it is a new type of wagon, or a problem that occurs for the first time and that needs to be solved. #HHLA #METRANS #logistics #team

Did you know that children should spend at least 60 minutes a day doing physical activities? Our exceptional METRANS Sports & Dance Camp in Dunajská Streda perfectly fulfilled this goal! Both sessions were a huge success, providing kids with tons of fun and valuable movement experiences. 💪✨ Over the course of two weeks packed with sports, dance, and excitement, the children enjoyed a variety of activities - from gymnastics, dance choreographies to an unforgettable trip to the Jump Arena! 🏃♂️💃 We wrapped up the camp with a spectacular performance and medal ceremony where every participant shone. 🏅 Regular exercise supports not only physical but also mental growth in children. Sports and dance help improve coordination, boost self-esteem, and build important social skills. That's why we're thrilled to be able to provide children with unforgettable experiences that develop them in all aspects. 🤸♀️🤸♂️ 🙌 A big thanks to the management for this amazing opportunity, to the coaches for their dedicated effort, and to the children for their enthusiasm and active participation. Inđija terminal expansion ahead! 🚀 Starting September 16th, we’re breaking ground on a major upgrade, expanding our Serbian terminal by 13,300 square meters to meet METRANS' high standards. 📏✨ This project represents a key step in further enhancing our capacity and operations. And there’s more 🌟 – we’re extending our operating hours to 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with additional hours on Saturdays from 8 AM to 6 PM 🕒.
