🌟 Mersen s’engage pour la santé et la sécurité au travail ! 🌟 En 2023-2024, Mersen a relevé le défi du challenge santé et sécurité organisé par le Groupement des Entreprises de la Sidérurgie et de la Mécanique (GESIM). La démarche repose sur 4 piliers : Mobilisation, Comportement responsable, Partage des bonnes pratiques, et Reconnaissance de l’implication. Notre équipe “Matériaux & Procédé” à Mersen France Gennevilliers s’est engagée dans le challenge en modernisant l’atelier de Purification sous Vide. Nos pilotes, Lionel Lacassin-Mayeux et Christian Delroux, ont dirigé ce projet ambitieux. Résultat ? Grâce aux 25 actions concrètes menées par nos 10 collaborateurs, nous avons divisé par 5 la cotation des risques dans notre secteur et transformé l’atelier.
