Současný Odpůrce se dokonce vyjádřil v tom smyslu, že při registraci byla zneužita jeho identita a doménové jméno mu vůbec nepatří.

Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) is a center based in Prague, Czech Republich, which provides services both in arbitration and domain name dispute resolution. The CAC provides its services through its online platform at ADR.EU for .eu and UDRP disputes. The official name of the CAC under Czech law is the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber. Its official website is www.soud.cz. CAC is the ADR provider for .eu domain name disputes via its online platform at www.eu.adr.eu. In January 2009, CAC launched a unique UDRP service for generic Top Level Domains such as .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi and .tel on the platform at www.udrp.adr.eu. CAC administers also disputes related to .co.nl domains, according to UDRP Policy and Rules. CAC also provides services for the resolution of Czech ccTLD .CZ at www.domeny.soud.cz (the proceeding is available only in the Czech language). CAC helps brand and trade mark owners, domain name registrants and registration companies all over the world to resolve conflicts in a fast, efficient and cost-effective fashion.

Konec anonymizace CZ rozhodnutí! Zájmové sdružení CZ.NIC novelizovalo s účinností od 1.5.2024 Pravidla registrace doménových jmen v ccTLD .cz. Hlavní změnou novelizace je zavedení aukce doménových jmen v ccTLD .cz, jejichž registrace vypršela (z důvodu neprodloužení původním držitelem domény). Společně s touto změnou došlo také k nepatrné, ale o to významnější, novelizaci Pravidel alternativního řešení sporů. Konkrétně se jedná o publikaci rozhodnutí, která na základě novelizovaného znění můžeme od 1.5.2024 publikovat v plné verzi, pouze s výjimkou osobních údajů fyzických osob. Tato změna posune rozhodování .cz doménových sporů opět o krok dále, v publikovaných rozhodnutích se bude lépe orientovat, bude zveřejněno o jakou doménu se řízení vedlo i jaké ochranné známky byly v řízení dotčeny. The year 2023 was another record year of filings. Not only regarding the number of domain name cases but also the total number of disputed domain names. CAC enables one to file an online form complaint which is easy to navigate. The whole process is operated via a simple and effective online filing system. The latest issue of GigaLaw’s Domain Dispute Digest for the fourth quarter of 2023 prepared by Doug Isenberg shows that the CAC was chosen as a Provider for many huge filings in the last quarter of 2023. To keep supporting the interests of right holders EURid (in collaboration with the Czech Arbitration Court and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center) has decided to extend the discount on the .eu ADR procedure fee until the end of 2024. (EURid news post: https://lnkd.in/exwfEVJm) This means the basic ADR fee per complaint stays as low as EUR 100 instead of EUR 1.300.
