Junior Achievement Cyprus is a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, the world’s largest non-profit organisation dedicated to addressing fundamental social and economic challenges of young people by educating and empowering them to transform their future and own their economic success. Our programmes and activities welcome students of all ages, from primary school to higher education. The progression model at JA shows how young people’s learning journey can be gradual, with new experiences reinforcing previous learning and challenging them on to the next stage of development. Maro Manoli, a Business Administration graduate from the University of Cyprus, began her entrepreneurial journey during an "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" course where she conceived the idea for E-mbracelet. This innovative application supports individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder by managing sensory sensitivities through real-time alerts and preventive measures. Keep an eye on her, as she is one of the three finalists of the AmCham EU Youth Entrepreneurship Award!
