Our fleet is growing! 🎉 One of the newest members of the Group, AirExplore, has recently acquired three B737-800 full freighter aircraft. This expands Slovakia's largest airline's fleet to 17 aircraft — 9 for passenger and 8 for cargo operations. ✈️ With these next-generation aircraft, we take a step forward in achieving our joint sustainability goals, using less fuel per passenger and per ton of cargo, emitting less CO2, and reducing noise footprint. Safety is paramount in aviation and that’s why Avia Solutions Group subsidiary, Nordic Dino Robotics AB, is bringing the latest technology to the industry, setting new standards in the process. ✅ Their automated cleaning systems not only enhance the efficiency of aircraft maintenance but also significantly reduce risks for ground crews. Manual aircraft cleaning is physically demanding and inherently risky. 🚨 Workers typically use cherry pickers or scaffolding to reach various parts of an aircraft, which increases the risk of accidents. Handling water and detergents in such positions further increases the chances of slips and falls, while repetitive movements can cause chronic musculoskeletal issues. Veronika Andrianovaite, CCO of Nordic Dino Robotics AB, puts it succinctly: "You are either working in a cherry picker or on platforms built around the aircraft. It's inherently risky. Avia Solutions Group subsidiary, KlasJet, is proud to announce the expansion of its partnership with EL AL, Israel's national airline. 🎉 Under the extended agreement, EL AL is leasing a third Boeing 737-800 aircraft from KlasJet to support its operational needs and uphold the high standard of service for which both companies are well-known.
