Key Responsibilities: - Monitor compliance with service and setup procedures across all dining and consumption areas. - Conduct brief visits with guests at various times during service, introducing yourself as the department head and offering assistance. - Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns within the Food and Beverage department, collaborating effectively with chefs from other restaurants. - Exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with quality standards. - Oversee administrative processes to maximize profitability and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
