All commission deadlines listed on my queue are estimated completion times. I work hard to ensure a quality product that's built to last, sometimes it may take longer than expected.

If I have started on your piece, I can offer a partial refund. This amount can vary on how much was completed.
Once I send you a completed piece, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Please contact me to make adjustments if needed. I want my customers satisfied with their commissions! Additional charges may apply.
Charge backs are not tolerated. You will be banned from working with me in the future. It is a violation to CosmicJungle & our terms and services.
If you've ordered a physical item, (Badge, Plush, Merchandise, Etc.) Once shipped CosmicJungle is not responsible for loss or damage to your package. Each shipping option can include tracking, please inquire before shipment.
