Hi Tenan, I am sorry, but Italy has no freedom-of-panorama exemption from copyright. This statue is very recent and thereby still copyrighted by the sculptor, which includes any depictions thereof. You need to ask him for a permission and provide it to [email protected] . --Túrelio (talk) 21:07, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
- Please comment Commons:Deletion requests/File:Juan Pablo II estatua Policlínico Gemelli, Roma.jpg if you've asked a permission to the sculptor. --Dereckson (talk) 15:50, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
File:Papa Francisco con periodistas 2013-03-16.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Hi Tenan, how about File:Papa Francisco recién elegido.jpg, which has been shot with the same camera as the deleted image. --Túrelio (talk) 15:15, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
