Your uploads of video screenshots

I see that you have uploaded many images which appear to be screenshots from a video broadcast, e.g. File:په خراسان ولایت کې د اسلامي دولت مجاهدین 60.jpg. Can you please explain who is the copyright holder of these videos, and why you are authorized to represent them in licensing these screenshots? Hello. Most of the pictures (including the one you have shown here) are not screenshots but official pictures of the Islamic State. Images that are indeed screenshots, are from Islamic State Khurasan Province films created by the Islamic State Media Ministry. According to Islamic State statements (in its official newspaper and in official films of the Al-Hayat Media Center - as seen, for example, in the film "Inside the Caliphate, Part 8"), all content produced by the Ministry of Media is intended for worldwide distribution. According to the organization's statements, anyone who wants to can publish and use the organization's materials without copyright (only attributing it to the Islamic State). Hello. The Islamic State has no official copyright policy, because in their eyes "copyright" is a concept of the Western world. (In fact, they themselves often infringe copyright like the use of photos and videos that are not theirs).

However, they constantly encourage their supporters to distribute the materials of the Islamic State in any way possible, and praise the distributors, as those who help them in the war against the Western media. As I mentioned, this is especially noticeable in the Al-Hayat Media Center film: Inside the Caliphate 8 (this film was released in Arabic and English).

Their main message everywhere is: Take our materials, and spread it as much as possible (more than that: their supporters who distribute the images and films, sometimes cut their materials and make independent films with a different logo, and the Islamic State did not speak against it, but Only said that such materials were considered "unofficial" content of the Islamic State, and explicitly encouraged the distributors).

Second, at a time when the Islamic State was more powerful and had enough people who worked in the media ministry, their people who distributed materials of the Islamic State on their behalf, often distributed it under an appropriate license.
