Gracias por subir Image:Escudo venezuela.png. Me he dado cuenta de que la página de la imagen actualmente no especifica quien creó el contenido, así que el copyright no está claro. Si no has creado tu mismo esta imagen entonces es necesario que argumentes porqué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace etiquetas de copyright abajo). Si no has creado tú mismo la imagen entonces debes también especificar donde la encontrastes, por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los casos un enlace a la web donde la cogistes, y los términos de uso del contenido de esa web.
Si la imagen no tiene un etiqueta de copyright debes también añadírselo. Si creastes la imagen entonces puedes usar {{GFDL-self}} para licenciarla con GFDL o {{PD-self}} para ponerla en dominio público. Puedes mirar Etiquetas de copyright para la lista completa de etiquetas que se pueden usar.
Ten en cuenta que cualquier imagen sin fuente o sin etiqueta será borrada un semana después de que haya sido subida, como se describe en criterios para borrado rápido. Si has subido otras imágenes, por favor comprueba que has especificado también a éstas su origen y la etiqueta de copyright. Commons sólo acepta contenido libre, es decir, imágenes y otros archivos multimedia que puedan ser utilizados por cualquiera y para cualquier propósito. Para detalles sobre lo que se acepta, lee Commons:Sobre las licencias. Puedes hacer preguntas en el Café.
El archivo que subiste será borrado rápidamente. Si crees que no es una infracción de los derechos de autor, por favor explica por qué en la página de descripción.

Your account will be renamed

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Damianfossi. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Damianfossi~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.

(CC BY),

(CC0) and 
(PDM) are allowed on Wikimedia Commons. If the Flickr user has changed the license of the Flickr image, feel free to ask an administrator to restore the file, or start an undeletion request.
