Rouran Empire?

Thanks for the work in making this, and thanks for putting it in the commons. But a disagreement is in order. Rouran 'Empire'? Please. Perhaps 'confederation'. Some reliable, peer-reviewed source needs to be given for this term 'empire'. Failing that, it needs to be changed to something more historically accurate. Interlinga 00:51, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
