ممدوح بشير لاعب كرة قدم سابق بدأت مسيرته مع كرة القدم فى عمر ١٠ سنوات حيث انصم لفريق مركز شباب عين شمس ومنه إلى نادى المطرية وتقدم لاختبارات نادى الزمالك وتم اختياره من بين آلاف اللاعبين الذين تقدموا لاختبارات نادى الزمالك وتم قبوله من اللجنة المشرفة على الاختبارات برئاسة كابتن حمادة الشرقاوى ولعب حوالى سنة بدءا من موسم ١٩٧٧ تحت قيادة كابتن ايمن اليمنى الذى ترك الفريق وسافر إلى إحدى الدول الأفريقية حيث اوفده اتحاد الكرة المصرى مع كابتن مصطفى عبد الغالى مدرب ناشئي النادى الأهلى إلى دولتين افريقيتين وبعد رحيل كابتن ايمن اليمنى لم يتأقلم ممدوح بشير مع مدرب الفريق التالى وترك نادى الزمالك على أثر ذلك Kuba Motor
