Description	The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Midway (CVA-41) leaving Norfolk, Virginia (USA). Midway, with assigned Carrier Air Group 1 (CVG-1), circumnavigated the globe between 27 December 1954 and 14 July 1955. Note that the aft four 12.7 cm turrets have been removed.
