Shakshuka is one of our favourite brunch recipes. It's basically eggs poached in a chili, paprika and tomato sauce, sprinkled with feta and fresh parsley. Shakshuka is such a versatile dish. Like a Bloody Mary, the spicy version works well as a hangover cure. Hell, if you're partial to a beer at breakfast, Shakshuka is a perfect complement.
