Description
Deutsch: Offizielles Logo für Plug & Charge. Das Logo wurde am 29. Juni 2022 von der Non-Profit-Organisation CharIN vorgestellt. Es kann zur Kennzeichnung von Produkten (z. B. Ladestationen) verwendet werden, die Plug & Charge gemäß ISO 15118-2 ([1]) oder ISO 15118-20 ([2]) unterstützen. Für Ladepunktbetreiber (CPO) und Kraftfahrzeughersteller ist das Anbringen des Logos freiwillig. Plug & Charge dient dem Komfort des Fahrers und bietet automatische und abgesicherte Kommunikations- und Abrechnungsprozesse zwischen kompatiblen Elektrofahrzeugen und Ladestationen, ohne externe Autorisierung (z. B. via RFID-Karte, Debit-/Kreditkarte oder Lade-App) zu benötigen.
English: Official logo for Plug & Charge. The logo was presented on June 29th 2022 by the nonprofit organization CharIN. It can be used for labeling products (e.g. charging stations) which do support Plug & Charge according to ISO 15118-2 ([3]) or ISO 15118-20 ([4]). For Charge Point Operators (CPO) and motor vehicle manufacturers applying the logo is voluntary. Plug & Charge serves comfort to the driver and provides automatic and secured communication and billing processes between compatible electric vehicles and charging stations without requiring external authorization (e.g. via RFID card, debit/credit card, or charging app).
