Summary
[edit]DescriptionMusique du General Oku (postcard) (black and white).jpg |
English: During the Russo-Japanese War, a French postcard company produced a set of several postcards mocking General Oku Yasukata, in which musical instruments are inserted into buttocks to play "la musique du General Oku" ("General Oku's music"); "Oku" is a near-homophone of "au cul" — French for "of the ass".
This particular postcard has a cancelled stamp on it. |
