Description |
Afmetingen: hoogte 4.0 cm English: Steel or bag handle made of iron. On both sides, on the top side, two stylized bird's heads face each other. The iron plate is laid in with circles of brass and silver with in the middle one point of copper. The steel/bag handle was found in Nijmegen, in the upper filling of an early medieval well.Current posting: Museum Het Valkhof Nijmegen, The Netherlands. PDB.1988.8.Ulp.1983.530.ma |
