Description

Title: Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Medical field service training school. Officer candidates listening to a lecture on how the U.S. Army works during their five-week course. They are learning to become medical administrative officers and will be able to assume the administrative duties of the medical corps leaving the doctors free to practice medicine.
