English: Upper part of the northwest side of the Zimmer tower (former Cornelius tower) at Lier, Belgium, on 19 February 2005 at 13:57, with the Jubilée clock (installed after the restoration of the tower for the centenary of the Kingdom of Belgium). The big central dial shows the current local legal time in Belgium (UTC 1, standard time in winter when the photograph was taken), in half-day hours and minutes. The twelve smaller dials disposed around the centre are showing, clockwise from top:
