Nederlands: Stel dat we alle externe oorzaken en interne mechanismen van het ontstaan van ziekten zouden kennen. Zou het toeval dan nog een rol spelen bij wie er bijvoorbeeld kanker krijgt en wie niet? Kunnen we dan voorspellen of iemand een hartaandoening of Alzheimer zal krijgen? In dit webinar vertellen drie wetenschappers over hun onderzoek en komen zij met uitdagende stellingen over de rol van toeval in de geneeskunde.
