Русский: Гибридная микросхема серии 224, подробно [1]. K224ГГ2 - микросборка для автомобильной электроники, разработанная в ходе ОКР "Лада". Это генератор прямоугольных импульсов, используемый как задатчик частоты мигания фонарей указателя поворота и аварийной сигнализации автомобилей ВАЗ. Применялась она, к примеру, в реле указателей поворота РС950Б. Микросхема питается от бортовой сети 12В и обеспечивает период повторения импульсов 0,607...0,74 с. Схема неоднократно модернизировалась. На данный момент известно четыре варианта: ранний был реализован на транзисторах КТ207Б, КТ379Б, КТ379Г, общим количеством девять штук; затем один из транзисторов (в диодном включении) сократили; в справочных материалах также встречается исполнение на семи транзисторах КТ359, но подробной схемы от него нет; и наконец, в начале 80-х (?) микросборку перевели на интегральное исполнение, основную часть "засунув" в кристалл К724ГГ1-3 и добавив к нему пару внешних транзисторов в виде К724КТ8-3.
