Summary

[edit]
Description The 1B15 0833 London Paddington to Swansea service stands at signal C200, between Newport and Cardiff, waiting to cross from the Down Main to the Down Relief line. In the distance, It is waiting for the 1L51 1021 Swansea to London Paddington - which can be seen in the distant heat haze, to cross from the Up Relief to the Up Main. The Swansea-bound HST was running just over 30 minutes late, due to over-running engineering works between Reading and Didcot Parkway.
