Description
English: Galileo launch on Soyuz VS01 on 21 October 2011, from ELS launch complex in Guiana Space Centre.
Four launch support arms holding the rocket are being released, with sublimating ice from the rocket blown away by the wind. One of four tall lightning safety towers is visible in a background on a left, and a shorter light masts are visible on a very left and right. Exhaust fumes deflected by the flame trench are in a top-right part of the frame, backlit brown and orange.

Zwolnienie ramion podtrzymujących rakietę. Jedna z czterech wysokich wierz odgromowych jest widoczna po lewej, oraz krótsze wierze oświetleniowe są widoczne przy prawej i lewej krawędzi zdjęcia. Sublimujący lód z rakiety jest rozwiewany przez wiatr. Duża chmura z prawej to gazy wylotowe z rakiety.
