Čeština: Vlajka města Česká Třebová, okres Ústí nad Orlicí. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy – žlutý, červený a žlutý v poměru 1:2:1. Na červeném pruhu černý kohout se žlutými pařáty a židovskou hlavou (figura z městského znaku).
