Description
English: Los Fresnos, Texas, July 28, 2008 -- Residents of Los Fresnos ignore the signs posted by police. Many parts of South Texas are still under water brought by Hurricane Dolly. South Texas suffered flooding and wide spread power outages and FEMA is working with the military, State and local agencies to provide assistance. Photo by Patsy Lynch/FEMA
