Summary
[edit]DescriptionElbląg Aug 1990. Transport Map on Wall (3342588156).jpg | Map of the system painted on the end wall of the bus stationn in Elblag. Mainly buses including night routes,, but three tram routes were in operation. At this time, the reconstruction of the old town had not really started. Since 1945, most of the bombed ruins had been cleared and very few old buildings remained from pre-war times. In recent times, two further routes have been added, though serving the same 4 termini but using a new alignment along Ul.Płk. Dąbka . All 2 axle cars vanished in the middle of the 1990s, and were replaced with second hand trams from Mainz dating from the 1960s. |
