De sinople, dúas espigas de ouro, postas en aspa e acompañadas, no centro do xefe, dun acio de uvas do mesmo; bordura de ouro con oito aspas de sinople. Ó timbre, coroa real pechada.
DECRETO 181/1996, do 9 de maio, polo que se aproba o escudo heráldico do concello da Teixeira. Diario oficial de Galicia
Español: Escudo de A Teixeira, Galicia.
De sinople, dos espigas de oro puestas en aspa y acompañadas, en el centro del jefe, de un racimo de uvas de lo mismo; bordura de oro con ocho aspas de sinople. Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
