Deutsch: Eine Bleiburg in einem nuklearmedizinischen Heißlabor. Das zylindrische blaue Teil mit dem weißen Deckel innerhalb der Bleiburg ist ein ebenfalls mit mehreren cm Blei abgeschirmtes Transportgefäß für de:Radionuklidfläschchen (mit ca. 10 bis 15 ml Inhalt). Mit Hilfe des Drahtbügels kann das blaue Oberteil der Bleibombe abgenommen werden, um das Fläschchen einzusetzen oder zu entnehmen. Für optimalen Strahlenschutz wird zur Entnahme der Radionukliddosis anschließend nur die weiße, ebenfalls bleierne Kappe abgenommen.
Die beiden kleinen Zylinder mit Bohrung und Rändelschraube rechts daneben sind Spritzenabschirmungen aus Wolfram, in die übliche 2 ml-Spritzen eingesetzt werden können. Die große Wandstärke der Spritzenabschirmungen von 8 mm Dicke ist nötig, um die hohe Photonenenergie von 511 keV abzuschirmen, die von PET-Tracern ausgesandt wird. In dem weißen Buckel auf den Spritzenabschirmungen ist ein Sichtfenster aus Bleiglas angebracht, durch das die Skala der Spritze abgelesen werden kann. Links neben der blauen Bleibombe befindet sich in gelber Farbe ein Abwurfbehältnis für gebrauchte Spritzen. |
