Description
English: It is a vegetable made up of roots of water lily which is called as Bhasira in India. It is original form of Bhasira viz. it is not a hybrid one. it is purely desi item, no side effects, every one can use it. It is like kandmool. Although it is helpful in many diseases to get rid off. We can take is with chapatti or roti or cooked rice. As we can see in picture, it is made two ways i.e. one dry and another gravy. This Bhasira roots are generally found in ponds. Indian sailors or fisher man makes it as a source of earning in coming before the rainy season i.e. in the month of May & June only. This vegetable is made in general way as other vegetables are made such as:

1. Extract the pile from Bhasira. 2. Cut in to small pieces. 3. Boil in pressure cooker nearly three whistles. 4. Take out in a plate to make it dry or the water may evaporate. 5. Fry in a Karahi with adding all items like oil, spices, salts.

6. After few minutes it get ready, now we will mix the Coriander leafs.
