Deutsch: Hafenkran Alter Krahnen an der Mosel vor der Stadtmauer von Trier auf dem Merian-Stich von 1646. Die Ansicht stammt vermutlich von einem früheren Zeitpunkt, stimmt allerdings nicht mit der Darstellung auf der Stadtansicht in Münsters Cosmographiae Universalis überein (vgl. Kommentar auf image:De Merian Mainz Trier Köln 045.jpg). – Die Einfärbung stammt nicht von dem Originalstich und wurde ergänzt, um den Bau hervorzuheben.
English: The crane Alter Krahnen (Old Crane) at the Moselle River outside of the city walls of Trier on an engraving by Merian 1646. The view is probably from an earlier time, but does not correspond to the view on the engraving in Münster's Cosmographiae Universalis (see commentary on image:De Merian Mainz Trier Köln 045.jpg). - The coloration is not from the original engraving and was added to highlight the building.
