Summary
[edit]DescriptionA B Alexandrov.jpg |
Alexander Vasilyevich Alexandrov (1883–1946), who wrote the national anthem of the Soviet Union, and who started the Alexandrov Ensemble (Red Army Choir). Thorough research has been undertaken to establish the name of the photographer. Books, newspapers and archives have been checked, and veterans have been asked - all to no avail. It would appear that one or more credited photographer names of that time were borrowed or were pseudonyms, covering publication of photographs from a pool of anonymous photographers. This image fulfils criterion 4 of the licence below, because the first publication is dated 1946, and the name of the photographer has remained unknown. العربية: ألكسندر فاسيفليتش ألكسندروف، ملحن روسي سوفيتي، مؤلف ألحان نشيد الدولة للاتحاد السوفيتي |
