Description
Español: Las estructuras del almidón, el glucógeno y la celulosa. Se puede ver cómo se empaquetan las moléculas: en la celulosa, todas las moléculas son paralelas y están muy juntas. Las moléculas de almidón y glucógeno tienen una estructura mucho más ramificada, lo que provoca un empaquetamiento menos apretado.
