I am familiar with the file naming conventions at Commons and the six criteria. I understand as well that renames without leaving a redirect should only be performed on files shortly after uploading, since suppressing a redirect from a long-standing file name could break backlinks. Not now in my opinion. I cannot find anything relevant in your contributions that could describe your knowledge about file renaming. Renaming of users is completely a different thing. When you aren't sure about the names of your own files, I am not sure, how you can determine the names of files uploaded by others. Please request a few renames using {{Rename}}. I need filemoving access because sometimes, I miss spell some filenames and folders. Like changing file:Waverly Council Chambers.jpg to "Waverley Council Chambers.jpg" or I need to edit folder names like "Category:Centennial Park, Woollahra Gate from Oxford Street" to "Category:Centennial Park, Woollahra Gates from Oxford Street" and Category:The Offerings of War and Peace to "Category:The Offerings of War and Peace statues".

I also think, I should change the name of File:Unveiled by The Honourable Peter Collins M.P. NSW Minister of the Arts on 22 December 1988-Commissioned by the AMP Society-Portrait.jpg as it looks too long with too much information for a filename and I should change it to Bird Totem.

Sometime, I see pictures with wrong filename that need to be edited.

There is also pictures of an unknown sculpture. As soon as I find its name, I will change the name of the folder and files.

Also, sometimes, I need to change the name of a file for a better filename.

Category:St Matthias Anglican Church, Centennial Park should be changed to Category:St Matthias Anglican Church, Paddington NSW because St Matthias Anglican Church is located in Paddinton suburb.

i wanna get filemover rights. because i believe i can do it. i didnt create too much renaming requests(only 30) but almost all of them is successful(and in recent months... so, im active here). i already got license reviewer right, you can see here. after i become LR, i realized you cannot do too much for commons(off-topic question: is there any page for people that needs license reviewers?so i can find people that needs help.). but there will always people want that requesting renaming for files. so, i wanna be part of it for helping. Thirty requests is not so much. Also, I see three indef. blocks, if I look at your global contribs. I don't make the decision, but you also don't have a specific reason to become a filemover, only that you want to help, but there are already a lot of filemovers (around 1500, admins included). If you want to become it for a special reason, I might say yes, but I think this is not enough, but it's not up to me. Nothing personal. Do you often request files? Also, I only see 300 edits in 2023, while you have a total of 30,000 edits. I don't know if 300 edits in 2023 is enough for you to become a filemover. @SpinnerLaserzthe2nd First, those files are protected such that only admins can edit or move them, so the filemover permission wouldn't help.
Second, and more relevantly, (a) what rename criterion do you believe applies, (b) what would you have renamed the files to, if you could have, and (3) assuming you could do so in a way that complied with policy/guidelines, what makes you believe it would be a good idea to move the files? —‍Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 20:08, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Don't mind the other two. However, I will tell you about regarding the French flag:
1. The current colours that displayed in the file is now outdated as because the president had reverted the flag back to its original colours (which is navy blue).

 Oppose Unable to give satisfactory answers to my questions, like which rename criteria apply, why moving a file with 2M uses is a good idea (it's not one, it would cause technical problems), and why the other 2 files should be moved consistent with the guidelines. Sometimes I also do not request a move as I believe the request (such as spelling mistakes) is not worth another editor needs to turn its attention to it. @Jeff G., thank you for your question. IMHO it was just a misunderstanding, but we are not in enwiki and this is not the right place to discuss it. Different login is user:Sipuha From Ruwiki (my first account). Others:AegoliusFunereus (1 edit in RU), xrtls (about 20 edits in ru), ItIsVirtual№1 (less than 10 edits in ru). These are the only ones that I remember about now (I had also 1-2 different logins and all of them were used in ru whan even my first account wasn't blocked and all of these except my current login and xrtls did not break the rule about sockpuppets). Most of the indefblocked were created when the first account wasn't even topic-banned. I do not remember why did I create them, but I told about them to the arbcom of ruwiki and they blocked all of them..
