Unclear source and copyright status. File:Beijing New Airport-1.jpg still has a watermark stating (among others) "all rights reserved". Some clear source URL and some evidence of CC licensing is needed here.

No permission from the artists 张沛坚 or 何婧. 二泉映月, 春到田间 and 平湖秋月广东音乐合奏 are phishy too. The three were claimed to be the uploader's own works, but they are similar in style to the other files.

Situation ReportI have received tickets from 张沛坚 and 何婧, and also done some research on the year of first publish of those music files:
- Among them, File:思念.ogg, File:珠江之恋.ogg and File:浏阳河何婧.ogg are deemed to be possible to be copyrighted in the US, thus being unable to be held on Wikimedia Commons.
- Meanwhile I am waiting for the permission email for File:春到田间.ogg.
- After that, the remaining files are deemed to be suitable under Template:PD-1996.

- File:平湖秋月.ogg File:平湖秋月广东音乐合奏.ogg Composer w:Lui Man Sing from HK died in 1981. Protected in the US until 2051.
- File:思念.ogg unless permission from composer 許可 (1960- ) is verified.
- File:流水行云.ogg Composer zh:邵鐵鴻 from HK died in 1982. Protected in the US until 2052.
- File:珠江之恋.ogg Composer Fei Chiao 喬飛 died in 2011. Protected in the US until 2081.
- File:鸟投林.ogg Composer zh:易劍泉 from China died in 1971. Protected in the US until 2041.
- File:浏阳河何婧.ogg Composer zh:張燕 (古箏家) died in 1996. Protected in the US until 2046.

@廣九直通車: No worries. It might be a common misconception that traditional Chinese music are historical works, but actually many were composed not more than 100 years ago and their composers died in late 20th century. The ones to be deleted are listed above. Here come the ones I tend to support

Keep:

二泉映月.ogg: w:Abing died in 1950. Its copyright has expired in China, but might be subject to URAA restoration.
zh:江河水 is a tricky one. I dont know if zh:黃海懷's rearrangement was artistic enough to claim copyright. And even if it does, its current copyright status is similar to 二泉映月.
连环扣.ogg: zh:嚴老烈 died in 1930.

The files are images of billboards of a railway construction site. However, Template:PD-PRC-exempt is not a valid license for files by normal users.
