Deleted: Yes, it's a chocolate cake, but the whole arrangement on the top has a copyright as well as the copyrighted character in the middle. Once again, de minimis requires that the average viewer would not notice it if the copyrighted character were remoeved. That is obviously not the case here. .     Jim . . . .
