Each of these is an art work based on a photograph. Therefore, there are three copyrights here -- the first for the uploaded image, which is probably properly licensed, the second for the art work as a whole, which may or may not be the work of the photographer, and third for the photograph underlying the artwork, which is almost certainly not properly licensed. In order to keep these, we need to ensure that all three copyrights for each work are freely licensed.

Delete, strongly agree with analysis by Jameslwoodward. For exact same reasons as File:Putin @ Abode of Chaos.jpg was deleted as copyvio by Yann. These are all three times copyright and would require three sets of permissions to not be a copyright violation for each instance. Comment Thierry Erhmann (owner of the Demeure du Chaos/Abode of Chaos and of the artwork made there) is at the head of Artprice, a French online art price database.
