The uploader Info.Bruno is listed as author and given their contributions here and elsewhere, it's pretty obvous that this is the subject himself. However, this is clearly not a selfie, so the copyright status of this file is unclear. I don't see any metadata, but perhaps somebody else can find something. Good morning, this picture was taken with my iPhone from my assistant after the victory of the Sanremo festival at my request. Then I decided to load it having also warned Beppe Carletti who appears and agreed. I hope my explanation is sufficient.
