- Yes, this image dates to before World War II. The subject was destroyed during World War II. Using Commons:FOP Philippines, it was completed in 1899 (many decades before the November 1972 decree that formally applied the Berne Convention provisions in the Philippines and officially protected architecture). - Keep the photo as it was published before 1969 and is under the care of the Intramuros Administration. A digital copy can be requested at the office. However, for illustration purposes, the photo was "digitalized" and was uploaded on a blog in 2012. Still, the source image was published before 1969.
