- Comment: "File:North America 1748.PNG" is obviously related to File:North America 1713.png, which is dubious too, as it itself states in its description that it is "based on original at http://www.edmaps.com/" (the uploader did not mention a specific page of that website), which is copyrighted and allows only personal and non-commercial educational use (see www.edmaps.com/html/about.html). So, unless it is proven that the original map came from a free source, both "File:North America 1713.png" and "File:North America 1748.PNG" would be copyvios. -- Asclepias (talk) 20:18, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
