No evidence this photo is in the public domain, original licensing information was innaccurate; because it claimed author had been dead for 70 years yet the author is unknown Indy beetle (talk) 22:28, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
- Keep I've many doubts that this photo can be considered an "intellectual work with creative characteristics" (which is protected for 70 years after the author's death). This is a simple photograph, which is protected "for a period of 20 years from creation". -- Nick.mon (talk) 22:37, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
- Keep Sorry, but who's claiming "70 years after death"? This is under Italian law, and the regular Wiki-law from the US. I see no reason under either of those to regard it as being in copyright. Andy Dingley (talk) 23:56, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
- Oh, and please don't remove a licence tag and then nominate it for deletion as "no valid licensing" !!! Andy Dingley (talk) 23:57, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
- Keep photographs are only copyright-protected for 20 years from their creation by the Italian law. This is certainly in public domain. Huji (talk) 11:49, 26 March 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per Huji. --pandakekok9 10:25, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
- Withdraw - I jumped the gun on this one folks - I thought that as propagandaesque photo it might have "intellectual work with creative characteristics" but I see now that that classification is more reserved for photographic art and that this is one of the generic photos. Apologies the waste of time! -Indy beetle (talk) 04:03, 29 March 2020 (UTC)
