In der Schweiz dürfen Werke, die sich bleibend auf allgemein zugänglichem Grund befinden, frei abgebildet werden. Die Abbildung darf laut Gesetzestext «angeboten, veräussert, gesendet oder sonst wie verbreitet werden» (Art. 27 Abs. 1 URG – Werke auf allgemein zugänglichem Grund). Ja, denn wenn der Lebensdauer des Werkes nicht über die Ausstellungsdauer hinausgeht könnte man das so sagen. "Das Kunstwerk war während seiner gesamten Lebensdauer im öffentlichen Raum." Peli (talk) 19:35, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Pelikana and Netpilots: Per COM:FOP Switzerland, it seems that there is some controversy about what is considered permanent, with the majority view that "the (objective) intent of the copyright holder is to indefinitely present the work in/at a publicly-accessible place". What Peli describes seems to be the minority view, where the work is there for the entire lifetime of a temporary exhibition.
