The copyright for this photo belongs to Flynet Pictures, not the Flickr upload account Megan Fox Rules!. The Flickr account's claim of a free license is questionable because the account has uploaded a large amount of copyright photos from various sources and tagged them all with inaccurate Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic licenses. I can't check this specific photo because the Flynet website is viewable only via registration; however, the website includes a copyright notice that states: "All photos & content - Copyright © Flynet Pictures 2002-2008". Also, the uploader describes the image as having a "non-exclusive" copyright, not specifically the cc-by-sa-2.0 with which the uploader tagged it. Suggest deleting this image as uncertain copyright status/from an unreliable source, unless a Flynet registered user can access the image and confirm its actual copyright status.--203.96.218.197 07:24, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
