Delete, author of the prose (description text) might not yet be dead for more than 70 years @Cjp24: , kindly categorize deletion requests (by adding <noinclude>[[Category:French FOP cases/pending]]</noinclude>) to avoid orphaned/uncategorized case pages that can be found via [1].
