- Keep : There are hundreds of signatures of living persons which should be « used for fraudulent purposes ». See, for example : Category:SVG signatures of people from Spain, with File:Alberto Garzón signature.svg, File:Felipe VI signature.svg ; but also File:Angela Merkel Signature.svg, File:Putin signature.svg, etc. Hégésippe | ±Θ± 07:08, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Keep THe fact that some media can be used for fraudulent purposes is an argument to accept or not a media on Commons. Otherwise, we cannot know all the possible fraudulent uses, in any context, for all the Commons files. What matters here is whether the media is released under a free licence; it is the case for this file. Pamputt (talk) 11:17, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete : the signature is an excerpt of a mail, and as such, it is covered by the same rules than the mail itself, wich IS NOTt in the public domain, as it is an original work, as far as I understand this and that, and supposing that french and spanish rules are closed enough. (same sentiment for the hundreds of signature of leaving people).--Pa2chant. (talk) 20:05, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
- Keep. Copyright ineligible. Additionally Commons cannot deal with fraudulent purposes by re-users.--Asqueladd (talk) 23:33, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
- Delete. A personal signature is not "public domain" in any case. It can clearly be used for fraudulent purposes, so we can't avoid that, and also to have this signature on Wikimedia doesn't make much sense, is not so important. --83.45.118.231 13:27, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
