- In terms of personality rights, I confirmed previously to Fjmustak the upload of this picture. Myself; User:Emnamizouni, have no worries about posting this photo taken by Farah on commons. As for the packaging, the Club Mate is already present in many pictures on commons. So I don't think there is a need for deletion. Thanks Emna (talk) 09:34, 17 January 2017 (UTC)
- Just 2 comments: Strictly seen, we need an OTRS tickt for dealing with the personality rigts. And "[...] Club Mate is already present in many pictures on commons. So I don't think there is a need for deletion." is just not a valid argument. Moreover, if you scroll through the deletion request page of January 13th, you'll find out that all Club-Mate pictures have been handed in for deletion. I'm sorry to say that we can't deny Commons:Derivative works. If we stick to our own rules, all the pictures in question have to be deleted. Best, GeoTrinity (talk) 10:46, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
