Content must be in the PD in its source country as well, not just the US. This is an exact copy of the government render, so per Commons:Coats of arms, the government is considered the copyright holder. Template:PD-Nepal cannot be used as 2008 (when roughly the same design was introduced) was not 25 years ago. ― Tartan357 Talk 04:28, 15 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
