A contributor at Commons:Help_desk#File:Cavagne_-_Ricotta_Siciliana.jpg has asserted his ownership of this photo (and authorship of the source web site) and asks for its deletion. The photo itself appears to be nonfree, as there is no evidence of a CC-BY-3.0 license at the source (the source only says "Copyright © 2012. All Rights Reserved"). A check of archive.org reveals that the source also appears to have not had a CC license at the time of the upload. —RP88 (talk) 09:03, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
- This page mentions some usage conditions, but does not mention the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. The terms do not explicitly permit modification, which is required for content hosted here, so

- Scusate se scrivo in italiano, ma ricercare le parole esatte in inglese mi costerebbe tempo che in questo momento non possiedo. Allora, l'immagine deriva da un sito, indicato come fonte qui il link: Condizioni dell'immagine - che indicava espressamente una licenza commons compatibile con il progetto, Se poi l'ha cambiata non ne sono al corrente. Comunque mi è capitato di visitare altre volte quel sito ed effettivamente devo dire che mi risultava ambiguo e poco chiaro. Per cui, nell'ambiguità del sito in questione, sono favorevole alla cancellazione dell'immagine. delete --Mikystar (talk) 08:51, 13 August 2015 (UTC)
