There's no FOP in Argentina for sculptures. According to the plaque, this monument was created in 1991, so it is not in the PD. BrightRaven (talk) 07:54, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
Esto es un monumento publico de un prócer. No es una obra de arte que con un autor claro sino una estatua construida por el municipio para homenajear al comodoro Rivadavia, quien le da su nombre a la ciudad, pero no es cosa de un artista...es un simple monumento público. --Gonce (talk) 16:22, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
