Monts Groulx are a range of mountains located in the region of Côte-Nord (french for North Shore) in Quebec, Canada. The Monts Groulx were originally named Uapishka by the Innu community. Monts groulx are protected by Uapishka Biodiversity Reserve and are part of the Manicouagan-Uapishka Biosphere Reserve provided by UNESCO.
