Hola Topitoxx, para que nos vayamos conociendo, te cuento que soy de Resistencia y del negro ;). Como dice en la plantilla de arriba, no tengo nada en contra tuya ni de los equipos, simplemente que las fotos e imágenes que subiste incumplen con las reglas que se tienen acá en Commons. Empezando por los escudos, son logotipos con copyright de instituciones, por lo que aunque los hayas dibujado vos, son incompatibles con la licencia libre que deben tener las imágenes subidas acá y deben ser borrados.

En cuanto a las fotos, presumo buena fe, como dicen acá, y confío en que las hayas sacado vos, pero hay ciertas evidencias que pueden suponer lo contrario, o bien que haya ciertas trabas para que estén acá. En primer lugar, asumo que tenés una cámara digital, éstas arrojan unos datos llamados metadata que se almacena con el archivo de la foto y aparecen en un cuadro de la página de commons. Lo mejor hubiese sido que, si tenés el archivo original, lo subas directamente, con la máxima resolución que tenga y así saldran esos datos en los que sale hasta el nombre de la cámara y te darán más credibilidad. En cuanto a la página que decís te permitieron usar sus fotos, tenés que presentar una autorización por parte de los dueños de los derechos para poder hacer uso de sus fotos libremente. No recuerdo dónde podés presentar esta autorización, probá preguntando en commons:Village pump.

Hey, there is a deletion request (Commons:Deletion requests/Images of Topitoxx) on your argentinian Club logos, they are possibly non-free, means: It is NOT allowed to use this Logos for every purpose (commercial usage, derivative works,...). Hi, first: i have nothing personal against your images, im simply very active here at commons and try to maintaince Commons inside the guidlines. The problem is: Every image her must be free, therefor it must be under a free licence, only the author can release an image under a free licence. You uploaded many Logos from several Clubs, every image has an author, so it is extremly unlikely, that every of this authors gave you his explicite permission to publish the image under a free licence. Maybe non of the clubs will ever protest against the publication, but thats not an accepted presumption here: The auhtor must give his permission, if he does not do so or if he is unknown the upload is not possible.

Dear Topitoxx,

You have uploaded multiple non-free images under invalid licences, which is a sign that you have not understood our licencing policy. Uploading files that have to be deleted creates a lot of work for other users, therefore you have been blocked indefinitely.

This is not a sanction, only a way to prevent you from doing something harmful. The block will be lifted on your request, provided you give a written statement that you have read, understood and accepted our copyright policies.

You are still able to edit your talk page. If you don't speak English, please contact an administrator who speaks your language.
